At the young age of 30, a significant figure in health and wellness passed away from breast cancer.
When Juanita Lira Eguiguren was first diagnosed with the horrible illness, she was only 22 years old.
Her death on Saturday was announced to the world by her family.
A letter of encouragement that Eguiguren had written before she passed away was read by family members.

Eguiguren was the mayor’s daughter in the town of Chile.
“It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Juanita Lira Eguiguren, but with hope in Heaven,” the council stated in a statement.
The Chilean influencer was diagnosed with breast cancer just before she was scheduled to go for Barcelona, Spain, to pursue a degree in design.
“I had to cancel the trip and make big changes to all my plans,” she said to them at the time.
“I had to accept my illness and give my full attention to recovering.”
Three months following surgery and radiation therapy, my body was meant to be free of malignant cells.
While Lira believed she was getting better, she completed her education and got married.
Following a second biopsy in 2017, she was informed by doctors that her breast cancer had returned and had spread to her lungs, lymph nodes, and sternum.
Lira decided to create a business and make significant changes in her life.
