Post-Debate Survey Stuns Woke Media, Holds Huge News For Trump

The intense presidential debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday night has drawn mixed reactions from voters across the country and a lack of consensus as to who came out as the winner.  While Democrats maintain that Harris delivered a strong performance, some debate viewers were not sold on the vice president.

A survey of 10 people who claim to be undecided about which candidate they will choose in the upcoming election revealed that 6 respondents claimed they would either certainly or most likely vote for Trump over Harris. Three participants said they would vote for Harris, while one remained undecided.  This marks a sharp contrast to the consensus among liberal media pundits that Kamala Harris won.

Sixty-one-year-old Florida voter Mark Kadish called out the lack of substance in Harris’s discussions on policy, “I still don’t know what she is for.  There was no real meat and bones for her plans.” Robert Wheeler, 48, from Nevada, who was previously considering voting for Harris, said that her attacks against Trump instead of discussing policy are making him consider voting Republican. “I felt like the whole debate was Kamala Harris telling me why not to vote for Donald Trump instead of why she’s the right candidate,” Wheeler said.

Throughout the debate, Trump simultaneously highlighted why Americans should not vote for Kamala Harris and offered his solution to the problems the country has endured throughout the Biden-Harris administration.  For example, when highlighting the rampant inflation in the economy, Trump noted that he would cut taxes and restore the economy back to the way it was under his presidency.

During the debate, Trump stated, “We’ve had a terrible economy because inflation has — which is really known as a country buster. It breaks up countries. We have inflation like very few people have ever seen before. Probably the worst in our nation’s history. … everybody knows I’m an open book. Everybody knows what I’m going to do. Cut taxes very substantially. And create a great economy like I did before. We had the greatest economy.”

In several instances, Harris offered sparse details about her economic plans if elected. However, when she was asked point-blank if Americans were better off today than they were under former President Trump, she avoided the question entirely.

“So I was raised as a middle class kid, and I am actually the only person on this stage who has a plan that is about lifting up the middle class and working people of America. I believe in the ambition, the aspirations, the dreams of the American people, and that is why I imagine and have actually a plan to build what I call an opportunity economy,” Harris said.

After makes a few comments on tax credits, she then attacked Trump, stating, “My opponent, on the other hand, his plan is to do what he has done before, which is to provide a tax cut for billionaires and big corporations, which will result in $5 trillion to America’s deficit. My opponent has a plan that I call the Trump sales tax, which would be a 20% tax on everyday goods that you rely on to get through the month. Economists have said that that Trump sales tax would actually result for middle class families and about $4,000 more a year because of his policies and his ideas about what should be the backs of middle class people paying for tax cuts for billionaires President Trump.”

Daughter sparks debate after asking father to pay $200k for destination wedding

The journey into wedded bliss is often celebrated with love, as it should be, but the looming expenses associated with weddings can turn joy into stress.

This is something a dad vented about, when he took to Reddit to detail the conundrum he faced when he was confronted with his daughter’s extravagant wedding dreams.

The father, who comes from New York, posted on the Reddit thread AITA (Am I The A*****e) about how he had initially made a heartfelt promise to finance his daughter’s wedding, a common commitment parents make to support their children as they embark on married life.

However, the father’s generosity faced an unexpected test when he discovered the sheer scale of his daughter’s wedding aspirations.

Contrary to conventional expectations, the daughter’s dream wedding wasn’t a local affair; instead, it was an opulent destination wedding set in the scenic landscapes of New Zealand with a guest list of between 100 and 200!

Not only this, it would carry a staggering price tag of $200,000. This revelation left the father at a crossroads, torn between his paternal instinct to fulfill his daughter’s wishes and his reservations about the extravagant display of wealth, which he described as “burning money” and feared would alienate family members.

The father shared his dilemma, writing: “My wife feels I should do it because we can afford it, but I find it to be a pointless showing of wealth. Now my daughter is not talking to me, nor is my wife. Which got me thinking should I bite the bullet and essentially burn money, and alienate family members to make my daughter’s dream wedding a reality?”

Redditors swiftly weighed in with their opinions, with one person writing: “If she can’t pay for a destination wedding on her own, then she shouldn’t be having a destination wedding. It seems cruel but it’s true. Not to mention there’s so much more money involved with the flights and the hotels and stuff. Is she going to be paying for her own ticket or are you expected to fork out for them too? And her fiancé’s ticket.”

They continued: “Not to mention the fact that she’s thrown a strop and isn’t talking to you tells me she doesn’t deserve it. I’m a believer of we are not entitled to our parents money. I don’t expect any inheritance off of my dad if he ever passes, e

One Redditor even proposed a compromise: the father should only contribute an amount he was comfortable with, which would allow the daughter to plan her wedding within that budget.

“Establish the amount of $$ you are willing to provide and give her the budget. Tell her anything above that is on her and her fiance. Make sure to tell her if that includes travel, etc for the bridal couple and family members. If she wants a blow out wedding, she can pay for it,” they wrote.

So far, the father has not made any updates, only that his daughter is calling him a jerk and is refusing to speak with him… How ungrateful!

This story definitely serves as a reminder of how challenging it can be to navigate the delicate balance between generosity and practicality, especially as a parent.

A Wife Asks Her Husband To Spend A Lot Of Money

H: “Hey!”

W: “Hey honey. Are you there in the nightclub?”

H: Yes…

W: “Excellent! Two blocks away from you is the mall where I am now. I just noticed this stunning mink coat. It’s really very beautiful! Is it available for purchase?

H: “How much is it?”

W: “Just $1,500.”

H: “All right, then, if you really like it, go ahead and get it.”

W: “Oh, and I saw the 2024 models when I went to the Mercedes showroom as well. I absolutely liked the one I saw. After we spoke the salesman offered me a great deal. Given that we must exchange the BMW we purchased last year…

H: “What was the quote he gave you?”

W: “Just sixty thousand dollars…

H: “All right, but I want it with every option for that price.”

W: “Excellent! But there’s one more thing before we hang up.

H: “What?”

W: “Although it appears excessive, I was balancing your bank account and…” We had looked at this house last year, and I spotted it this morning when I stopped by the real estate agent. It’s discounted! Remember? The seaside home has an English garden, a swimming pool, and an acre of parkland.

H: “How much do they want to ask?”

W: “Just $450,000 is an incredible price. and I can see that we have enough money in the bank to cover it.

H: “All right, then, just bid $420,000 and buy it.” Alright?

W: “All right, my love… Thank you! See you later! I love you!

H: “Goodbye. I love you as well.

After hanging up, the man shuts off the call, lifts the phone and asks everyone in the room, “Does anyone know who this phone belongs to?”

My 22-Year-Old Son Threatens to Leave the House and Go Live With My Ex-Husband Unless I Buy Him a Car

My son is Michael. He had just turned 22 last month, and I thought we had passed the turbulent teenage years. Little did I know, a storm was brewing right under my nose.

While I was preparing lunch in the kitchen, Michael stormed in, his face twisted with frustration.

“Mom, we need to talk,” he said, his tone unusually serious.

I turned to him and said, “Sure, what’s on your mind, honey?”

He leaned against the counter, arms folded. “I need a car.”

I paused, taken aback. “A car? What happened to your part-time job? You were saving up for one.”

Michael let out an exasperated sigh. “I know, but it’s taking forever to save up, and I really need it now.”

I frowned, wiping my hands on a kitchen towel. “Michael, cars are expensive. You know that. Besides, you have a job, you can save up a bit more and—”

Impatient, he cut me off, “No, Mom, I can’t wait anymore. All my friends have cars, and I’m tired of depending on you for rides or taking the bus. I need my freedom.”

I felt frustrated, saying “Michael, I understand, but we can’t just afford to buy you a car out of the blue. It’s not that simple.”

He clenched his jaw, his eyes narrowing. “Well, maybe I’ll just go live with Dad then. He’ll buy me a car.”

His words hit me like a ton of bricks.

David, my ex-husband, always tried to buy Michael’s affection instead of being a responsible parent. I couldn’t believe Michael would even suggest such a thing.

“Michael, you can’t just threaten to leave because you’re not getting what you want,” I said, trying to keep my voice calm.

“Why not? Dad would be happy to have me. He always spoils me,” he retorted, his tone defiant.

I took a deep breath, trying to gather my thoughts, “This isn’t about your dad. It’s about responsibility. You’re an adult now, and part of being an adult is making responsible decisions.”

He rolled his eyes, “Yeah, responsible decisions like being the only one among my friends without a car.”

Though our conversation ended there, the tension lingered in the air. I couldn’t shake off the feeling of disappointment and worry.

The following days were filled with silent treatments and tension between Michael and me. Every time I tried to bring up the topic, it ended in arguments.

One evening, we sat down for dinner, and I decided to try again.

“Michael, can we talk about the car situation again?” I asked, cautiously.

He sighed, poking at his food, “What’s there to talk about, Mom? You still won’t buy me one.”

“It’s not just about buying you a car, Michael. It’s about the way you’re handling this whole situation,” I said, trying to keep my voice steady.

He looked up, his expression defensive, “What do you mean?”

“I mean, threatening to leave if you don’t get what you want is not how adults handle things. It’s not fair to manipulate me like that,” I explained, feeling a mix of frustration and sadness.

He shrugged, “I’m just tired of waiting. Dad would understand.”
“Dad isn’t here, Michael. And buying you a car won’t solve everything. What about the expenses that come with it? Insurance, maintenance…” I trailed off, hoping he would understand.

He remained silent for a moment before pushing his plate away, “Forget it, Mom. You’ll never understand.”

As he left the table, I couldn’t help but feel a pang of guilt, wondering if I was being too harsh or if I was failing as a parent somehow.

Days turned into weeks, and the tension in the house only seemed to escalate. Michael became more distant, spending most of his time out with friends or locked up in his room.

One Saturday morning, I found a note on the kitchen counter:

“Mom, I’m going to stay with Dad for a while. I can’t stand being here anymore. Maybe he’ll understand me better.”

My heart sank as I read the words. I knew this day might come, but I never thought it would happen like this.

I immediately dialed Michael’s number, but it went straight to voicemail. Panic started to rise within me as I tried to think of where David lived now. We hadn’t been in touch for years after the divorce.

Many people get it wrong: Can you solve this tricky math problem?

Challenge: Can you solve this math problem for middle schoolers – without a calculator?

Classic brain training methods are perhaps puzzles like crosswords or sudoku, but I have recently become more attracted to the type of challenge you’ll see below.

These puzzles have been flooding the web lately, probably because they are really fun!

These are old classic mathematical problems. When you were in middle or high school.

These math problems are more fun when you find yourself trying to remember the math you learned as a child.

Can you figure out the correct solution?

Here is the challenge, in the picture below.

At the top of the picture, we see the task and then four possible answers.

Which solution do you think is the correct one?

How did you come up with it?

Take your time and think about it to find the correct solution.

Done? Below you can check if you picked the right number!

A

B

C

The correct answer

The correct answer is B: 12.

Why is 12 the correct answer?

Well, if you remember from your school days, according to the order of operations, you do multiplication before addition and subtraction, so you start by solving 3 x 3, which results in 9.

Then we are left with a simpler math problem: 3 + 9 – 3 + 3

The answer is therefore 12.

Did you pick the correct number? Congratulations!

I had no idea what I was about to learn

Life is unpredictable. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try to make things right, God has other plans.

Becky is a woman who tragically lost her son Tristan, who was just 19 years old at the time he left this world. Her grief was immense. She couldn’t possibly imagine her life without her child, but over time, her loved ones helped her accept the reality and move on.

Around two years after Tristan’s passing, Becky was about to marry the love of her life, a man named Kelly.

On the day of their wedding, the two decided to leave an empty seat in Tristan’s honor with a heartwarming message written on it. “What should I do now that I’ve arrived in heaven for your wedding? I will stoop to your level in order to spend it with you. Please save me a seat, even if there is only one available chair. Although you might not notice me, I shall be present.”

As the ceremony proceeded, Kelly informed Becky that there was someone there who wanted to see her. A young man who took Tristan’s chair. When she saw him, Becky wasn’t mad. On the contrary, spotting the young man, she was overwhelmed and couldn’t stop tears from rolling down her face.

That man, Jacob, was the recipient of Tristan’s heart. Tristan was an organ donor, and Jacob wasn’t the only person whose life he saved.

When Kelly informed Jacob that he and Becky are getting married and invited him to the ceremony, Jacob was more than willing to travel from San Diego in order to attend it. It was a beautiful surprise that warmed Becky’s heart and made her day. She felt like her son was present on her wedding day.

Becky was then given a stethoscope so that she could hear her late son’s heartbeat. It was an emotional moment no one could ever forget.

Someone snapped photos of the beautiful surprise and shared it on Facebook. The story went viral in a matter of days and many praised Kelly for his love for Becky.

Many people took their time to comment, with one person writing: “Why is it that we can’t just have one news channel that is dedicated to delivering uplifting and motivational stories like this one? If only the goodness and thoughtfulness that exists in the world were distributed more widely, it could inspire more of the same.”

Funny – Car is Full Nuns

A car full of Irish nuns sitting at a traffic light in downtown Dublin, when a bunch of rowdy drunks pull up along side of them.

“Hey, show us yer tits, ya bloody penguins!” shouts one of the drunks.

Quite shocked, Mother Superior turns to Sister Mary….Immaculata and says,

“I don’t think they know who we are; show them your cross.”

Sister Mary Immaculata rolls down her window and shouts, “Piss off, ya fookin’ little wankers, before I come over there and rip yer balls off!”

Sister Mary Immaculata then rolls up her window, looks back at Mother Superior, quite innocently, and asks, “Did that sound cross enough… ?”

Three women die together and go to heaven

Three women die together in an accident and go to heaven……

When they get there, St. Peter says, “We only have one rule here in heaven: don’t step on the ducks!”

So they enter heaven, and sure enough, there are ducks all over the place.

It is almost impossible not to step on a duck, and although they try their best to avoid them, the first woman accidentally steps on one.

Along comes St. Peter with the ugliest man she ever saw.

St. Peter chains them together and says, “Your punishment for stepping on a duck is to spend eternity chained to this ugly man!”

The next day, the second woman accidentally steps on a duck and along comes St. Peter, who doesn’t miss a thing. With him is another extremely ugly man. He chains them together with the same admonishment as for the first woman.

The third woman has observed all this and, not wanting to be chained for all eternity to an ugly man, is very, VERY careful where she steps.

She manages to go months without stepping on any ducks, but one day St. Peter comes up to her with the most handsome man she has ever laid eyes on … very tall, long eyelashes, muscular, and thin.

St. Peter chains them together without saying a word.

The happy woman says, “I wonder what I did to deserve being chained to you for all of eternity?”

The guy says, “I don’t know about you, but I stepped on a duck!”
