• 300 ml lapte

• 60 de grame griș
• 4-5 linguri de zahăr

Preparare:

Începem să încălzim laptele cu un praf de sare. Aproximativ la jumătatea timpului, adăugăm zahărul, apoi treptat grișul și amestecăm pentru a evita formarea cocoloașelor, și fierbem totul. Când este gata, îl lăsăm să se răcească.
